Our recent shoot was a testament to this vision as we had the pleasure of capturing with the incredibly talented Neha Jaitely — a singer born in India, now based in Los Angeles, who is taking Indian classical music to the world stage.
Neha embodies the perfect confluence of tradition and innovation. Trained in Indian classical music from a young age, she carries the depth of ancient ragas in her voice, while seamlessly blending them with global sounds and sensibilities. Her presence in front of the camera is both serene and powerful — a reflection of her musical essence.
Our shoot focused on capturing the duality of her identity: rooted in India, yet soaring internationally. Against the backdrop of Goa's lush greens and soulful light, we filmed evocative portrait visuals, intricate close-ups of her singing in raag Yaman and Bhairavi, and cinematic shots that showcased her as a global ambassador of sound.
Every frame was designed to highlight Neha’s grace, her discipline as a classical artist, and the quiet strength she brings to her craft. The shoot also featured moments of her interacting with nature, symbolizing the purity and raw power of classical music in an ever-evolving world.
